Light magicians are capable of learning one of the most powerful forms of magical transportation. The Light Travel spell allows a caster to transport his body as if it were a beam of light. He may only travel to places he’s previously been, and he is unable to pass through shadow or darkness.
Duncan uses this spell to instantly transport himself from outside the Citadel, all the way up to the savannahs, many days to the north.
